What is this "Have you owned a home in the past five years" question?

I am very curious about this question. I was divorced exactly 5 years ago and therefore, did own a part of that home as I was on the mortgage. I bought a home back in 2001 and then sold it in 2003. The cash from it is long gone. What is the relevance of this question? Do I need to worry about it in regards to my 341 that is coming up on 11/15?
