Getting Antsy for my 341

It's in December, but still I'm getting restless at night. I filed under the old law and got a letter from my attorney that my 341 is Dec. 9. I bring home about 2K a month and my wife adds another 300.00 bucks. We have about 100.00 left over after expenses. We no cars, no houses, no properties. We owe about 65K in debt and we made on 42K last year. We haven't used a credit card in over a year. Would this be a no asset case? My attorney thinks there shouldn't be a problem. But that extra hundred bucks a month after expenses worries me. Would they convert me to a chapter 13??

I don't think you have anything to worry about. If they did fuss over the hundred bucks, I'm sure you could find something that you missed in your expense sheet that could be added. Even a twenty dollar a month missed expense would bring you under a hundred dollars.
