Ch.13 & Balloon Payment

i have a balloon payment on my 2nd mortgage that is due in 2018, would this affect a repayment plan in a ch. 13?

I'm sure it will, but I'm just not sure "how"...... Your Chapter 13 has to be paid off in 3-5 years. And I'm sure your 2nd mortgage is in this amount also.

Your attorney should be able to answer that for you.
