Does anyone know if this is possible with the new laws? I filed my chapter 13 in June and I had decided to keep my car lease, my payments are and have always been current, but now I think I need to get rid of that payment. I want to add it to my chapter 13, but I have not heard back from my attorney's office yet. Am I going to be able to do this?
