most of my debt has been charged off in the last year or so. will i still be required to produce statements? i don't have any to be honest...

Probably not, the Trustee can request them from the CC's if he wants 'em bad enough, or your atty can request them. Since they are all charged off that shows no recent use.7-2-2009 Filed
