I have been considering filing and am trying to think of as many questions upfront before I go any further.
Two of our kids attend private school (ages 4 and 7) at a combined cost of $600/month. We also have all 3 kids enrolled in the Florida Pre-Paid College Program at a cost of $210/month for all 3, which will pay for their tuition at most any public university.
So here are my questions.
1)Will filing (chapter 7/11) force us to stop sending our kids to private school?
2)Will filing (chapter 7/11) affect the continuation of the FL Pre-paid plans?
