I've beenr eading this group and some others (FindLaw which is a good name as few legal experts would care to answer questions on there) and I'm hearing that some of the trustees are getting VERY nasty and snide and such (Hmmm..I wonder if???) and was just thinking if anyone has any advice if you do run into one. 
I know that "Just be calm" is easier said then done (seems that cowing the petioner is getting common) and that being honest and direct is also good.
