Question About Motion to Lift Stay

Okay this is on my car. My car financer had a court date to lift the automatic stay on Nov. 9th. But I am filing a motion to redeem my property(my car), and buy it back from them. The bank that is buying it back and re-financing me told me that me and my lawyer had to get the motion started ASAP, before they tried to come get my car and sell it. My lawyer told me that the motion would take precedent over the lender from being able to proceed with their motion to lift the stay. I checked pacer and my motion to redeem was listed on the docket, but it was dated for Nov. 8th. Nothing else was listed, not even a termination of the lenders hearing. Does anyone know if the lender would still be able to have their hearing and would the judge even see it in time, if it was dated for the day before?? Im assuming b/c it's on pacer, the judge should know about it, right?
