Lawyer won't call back.... Please ease my mind!

We filed way back in January. Discharged in May... Everything went smoothly... We got a bill from my son being in the hospital in December after we were discharged in June. We had the hospital and whatnot on the matrix... But this new bill under a different name was not on there.... Will it still be discharged since it was before we filed.. It seems like they waited until we were discharged to send it (6 months for a bill to come??). I called and told them we filed and they said our attorney needs to send them a letter, well our attorney sucks and obviously didn't, I have called her numerous times.. They sent a certified bill today.... I don't know what to do....

Will it still be discharged?

Bad Bk lawyers??? So, what is new. You need to sit in her waiting room and declare you will not leave until one, she see's you, or two, she calls the cops. She will see you. Point the problem at her or you will incur additional charges. You may just bring up a complaint to her bar. Gee, for some reason, they just hate that. Good luck. 'Hub
