Amendment Help
Hi Guys
I recently had my Bankruptcy meeting resceduled because I need to make an Amendment on my Schedule A form. When I had the paralegal fill out the forms for me she gave Me a Schedule A with my house already on it and one without. I turned in the one without because I'm no longer on the mortgage (I quick claim it to my husband because I kept getting leins) but I needed to turn in the one with the house on it.
Ok if I already have the Schedule A form & the Mailing Matrix with the creditors info already on it do I still have to go to the Bankruptcy Clerk office to redo the paperwork or just turn in what I already have.(Since it's the samething)
