Question about judgements and public record

I am past 60 days.....but not discharged or closed.

I have an automobile liability judgement that was IIB. Will the owner of the debt need to file anything with the local court system to remove me from the judgement? If they do, will this happen postbk?

You and your attorney will have to initiate the procedure to have the judment vacated.
