    Checked pacer

Checked pacer today , shows report of no distribution entered on 11/8.
They work fast here in AZ. I wish this was the case for everyone. Still have the remainder of the 60 days to go.

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.

I tried to figure out the Pacer site, but don't I need a credit card to register? All the credit cards are gone with the bankruptcy, except a Paypal debit card -- would that work?

I used my debit card . I believe you only have to do that if you want access right away , otherwise you sign up and get it in the mail later.

Thanks, I signed up this morning. Didn't use my debit card, because I don't have any money in the PayPal account. It said on the form that I should recieve my password in the mail within a week. Anxious to check it out.

They bill quarterly, and send a statement a few weeks before it will hit your debit card (if you sign up that way). Otherwise, you send in a payment.
Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.

StaciM, thanks for that info, I was curious as to whether I would be billed or if it would just be a direct debit from my account as I used my debit card as well. SO you are saying that they will send a statement and then you send them payment or do they send the statement and then debit the card. Thanks!
