If you're still in the house at that point, then what?
How much time to you have to get out?
I've heard as little as 10 days. I've heard that it would be a couple of months and that they would even offer "key money" to clean up the place before leaving. I've heard that it could end up being a long time and you could stay rent free for a long time.
