I just had my 341 meeting on Tuesday September 29th. Thank God that is over with. I have now joined the 60 day club. I have one major concern. Prior to filing I was being sued by a credit card company and I am afraid they are going to file an objection to my BK. Has anyone on here had an objection filed against their BK? If so did you get something in the mail or did you see it on Pacer?

I think that you will be fine. It just boiled down to timming. Congrats on getting through the 341 party

I was being sued also by a local loan company. I was certain that of all my creditors, these would be the one to show at my 341 because they are located right here. But they didn't show up and didn't file an objection.
Remember, they have to be sure that they will get the ruling in the objection.Comment

We were being sued by American General over a loan, and a local CU over a car mortgage that 'Hub foolishly co-signed for. Neither showed at the 341, except that American General sent reaffirmation papers to our trustee, all filled out except for our signatures. He gave them over to us saying we should show these to our attorney. We ended up shredding them."To go bravely forward is to invite a miracle."
