What is the farthest from chap 7 you walked away from house?

How long after a chapter 7 with house included did you walk away from it?

We said in papers originally we wanted to try to make the house work but DID NOT reaffirm. If it is more than 2 years when we walk away from filing date is it still possible to walk away with no recourse against us in Massachusetts?

Regardless of where you live, if you do not reaffirm then you can walk away whenever you want. Could be 2 months, 2 years, 20 years,whenever.
