Yesterday my credit union filed a motion for relief, pacer says there is a hearing set for oct 25th? I am surrendering the vehicle, can I wait until after the hearing or does it have to be before? Credit Unions are the worst! I just filed on the 25th. Oh well, the car is not in that great condition so they will be surprised, not that it was done on purpose but it has been in 3 major accidents and I have 4 kids 2 which are 3 and under!
