I am going to be filing very soon in Tampa Florida. I am curious what documents the trustees in Tampa have asked for from other chapter 7 filers? I just recently decided to file and just a few weeks ago I boxed up a bunch of bank statements, pay stubs, etc etc etc.... and it is being stored at my parent's home north of Orlando. I really just want to know what I need my parents to send me before my 341. Any Tampa filers have any insight on this?

My 341 meeting is on 11/21 and trustee has not requested anything from me so far. PACER states my BK as "NO ASSET" -

Hi, I had my 341 last Thurs. My atty told me only to bring dl and ss card. During the meeting trustee asked if we received refund for 2004 taxes. We did(3,375.) so she now wants copy of Our oct. bank statements and 2004 tax returns. Our case is now being left open until she has a copy of the 2005 tax returns. It seems they are very interested in tax refunds in Tampa. My atty had already told me I would lose the refund for 2005. It is completely worth it though. Who is your trustee? You will have a couple of weeks to furnish any paperwork they may need.Comment
