Hello all,
My brain is so fried right now that I need some help figuring out how long I have to stay in my house right now. I live in St. Louis, MO (city).
I just received a NOD dated Sept 25th & an answer date of 10/19. Hearing date is for 10/26. I have a refi with Wells Fargo. My quesiton is...in Missouri, a non-judicial state- I can't tell if their 60 day estimate of the foreclosure process starts right away after the judges ruling on 10/26 or not? And if it does, will I actually have atleast 60 days from that date or are their other factors to consider that would make the process shorter or longer?
I've tried to figure this out, but I just end up confusing myself.
If I can get through 2009 without going insane it will be a miracle!!!
BTW...the reason why I am so worried is that I am looking at rentals right now so I have a fire lit under my a$$.
Since there are a lack of 3 bedroom rentals in my price range, I was hoping to be able to save money and stay in my house for atleast Nov & Dec. I want to be ready for all of this in advance because I don't need to make this a stressful move for my kids. They are already dealing with the divorce.
Thanks for any input!
Thank you to anyone who has any input for me. I could really use some.
Thanks,
Carrie
