Tax refunds question

Hello,
I just received the confirmation letter from the trustee. There is a phase regarding my tax refunds..."This is a base plan with all tax refunds pledged into the plan for the duration of the plan".
What does it mean? Does it mean my payment plan already include my tax refunds or I still have to turn them in every year?

Sounds like you turn over your tax returns. If so, then it time to have your deductions, etc. changed.
