341 Meeting Date Moved Up

Our 341 meeting date was originally December 27 (WTF?!?!), but because my DH is leaving for a 6-month deployment on November 28th, we were able to get our 341 meeting rescheduled to November 14 (Monday...YIKES!).

Do you think there is any way that could work to our advantage?

Of course, it will work to your advantage. Unless you are different than most of us and don't have worry and/or anxiety then it greatly shortens the time you have to worry about it. Unless you enjoy anxiety
Also your discharge will be much sooner and your case closed sooner.
As far as the Trustee being harder on you because it was moved up or things not being in the right place at the right time this soon...don't worry. Before the backlog, most 341's were 3 - 4 weeks after filing.
This, IMHO, is greatly working in your favor and will allow your husband not to have to worry about you as much while he is deployed.

mine is also tomorrow and I'm grateful for the fast scheduling date as it means less time to wait. But be sure you have copies of everything you might be asked for. and good luck with your meeting!
