Once you file I guarantee you will a heavy feeling of burden lifted off your shoulders.
Good luck in the process! We ALL have been there so feel free to ask questions as you push through the process.

make sure you take the time to go over each line of the filing before you sign it - it is worth the time for the accuracy. best to you.

I'm already feeling so much better! Although I know it's still affecting me as I was up like every hour all night long last night.

Oh we did that yesterday. Found a few items that were out of place and fixed them. The lawyer thinks that it's gonna be simple with no complications. I'll feel much better after the 341. Still I have this worry in the back of my mind that they are going to find something that we forgot or didn't list or something. I kept asking the lawyer if there was anything else I might be forgetting. He said we are so far under our exemptions that we are more than fine. Here in MD we get $22,000 in exemptions and I've used like 6k of that and that's it. Our house has no equity and neither does our cars.

I've already spoken to our Credit Union lady(its run by one woman) and she said that the bank will probably ask me to reaffirm the car loans and that as long as we keep making our normal payments that they wouldn't have any problem giving us more car loans in the future.

Oh also we put in the paperwork that we'd be willing to reaffirm the house and/or heloc if the bank would like to reduce the amount of either loan. Not that we expect them to since the terms are already so good. The house loan is 6.5% and the heloc is at 3.5% so really the only way they could sweeten the deal is if they dropped off what I'm under water by. We will see :)
