My home was scheduled for a sale tomorrow. The Public Trustee site now lists the date as 10/28/09 (2nd time it has been moved) but there is now a note that states “Pending Continuance”. I had sent a letter asking for a deed in lieu but never got a response. The mortgage was discharged in Chapter 7 last year. Any ideas?
