341 in a week and another job question...

    Here we go again!

I have my 341 Meeting next Monday 11/21 - and have heard nothing from the Trustee yet. Naturally I want to be as prepared as possible for my 341, so what things should I review to better prepare myself for a smooth 341?

Secondly, my current job is one which does not have many hours in the winter months(Usually less than 12 per week), and we have no new contracts out for the coming weeks. With Chrismas approaching, I really need to have at least a part time job for basic living expenses and to purchase a couple of gifts.

Would getting a part or full time job AFTER my 341 meeting be an issue?

I don't want to have my Chapter 7 converted to a 13, or have it dismissed. Either of those situations would pretty much ruin me.

At the same time, my current employer does not have enough work or hours available for me to live off of, let alone buy a few gifts.

Basically, what can I do in this scenario?

    Thanks Everyone!

Get the part-time job. It's not going to change your income, that much. It will just bring it back up to where it was. After the 341, they are mainly just concerned with MAJOR changes, not seasonal work to replace some of your current income which goes down to to the season.
Reminds me of a frien who is a musician, He says, "What could be better? I have a job that I love and I make hundreds of dollars a year."
    Best wishes, Art
