Interesting PACER document

There's a strange entry in Pacer for us. It's dated 11/13 and says "Notice of Continuance of 1st Meeting of Creditors." That's weird because our 341 was TODAY, 11/14. When I look at the document though, it says "Notice of Change of Date and Time of First Meeting of Creditors and Trustee's Authorization Thereof."

We did change our 341 meeting because DH is deploying at the end of November. Our original date was 12/27/05.

I'm wondering if whoever entered this just titled it wrong? Strange...

The other thing I'm wondering about is that the Trustee and my attorney both signed a document stipulating that the deadline for objections is changed to January 3, 2006. Perhaps it's because our case got moved up so far...

I'm not worried about anything because we had our 341 meeting today and he didn't even ask to see anything regarding the one asset that could have caused us trouble.

Just thought I'd challenge some of you to figure out what that first document title means and see if anyone agrees with me about why they extended the objection date.

You are probably right because the case was moved up, they are probably giving the creditors plenty of time in case of objection. I wouldn't worry. Just keep and eye on pacer.
