catching up on vehchles

Filed on 10/14 My 341 is on 12/08, we have 2 cars. One of which I want to keep. We filed Pro se. I have the money to catch up on payments but will this be swicthed to a CH 13? I think we owe 2k, I dont work, just DH and he needs the truck for work plus we live in the country so. I will be giving up my car because it is tied to 3 other CU credit cards and loans and I am upside down.

We can afford the truck, but I dont want to pay 2k and the trustee make us give up the truck.

I need help what to do?

Did you file 7 or 13?
Is the truck thru the same credit union as the other vehicle and loans?
In Chapter 7 you must be current to keep vehicle otherwise they will repo.

we filed a chapter 7 , one vehicle thru wells fargo (the one we want to keep) and the other thru a credit union (not keeping)

I am worried that the trustee will either put us in a 13 or we lose the truck after paying the 2k
