    Please Help....

I filed Pro Se on Oct 14th 2004 ch7 under old laws. I called the only company listed in google under 722 redemtion which is a USBANK AFFILIATE I was clearly told that if you filed pro se that I cant use there program.

Now I can get around that 9 times out of 10 but dont feel its worth it, now there are othe PRO SE filers who said they used 722 redemtion is there another company out here or did you use alternative methods?

Please this is one bk'er to another if you have helpful info please dont hesitate to answer.

I understand completely if you used alt methods, I dont down people for what works for them. Its not hurting anyone to try and use a Alt method.
Just let me know in public or private pm if I a chasing a non existant dream here.

    Thanks

The thing is, is that 722 redemp. wants to have a lawyer to be able to negotiate on the prices. I dont know why you were told no b/c you did pro se...because you should be able to hire a lawyer to do it for you. The lawyer fees are usually 600 and they add it to your car. So I would talk to them again and see if you can hire a lawyer just for that process.

an attorney costs $600 just so say "sure, go ahead and screw him with a large APR, overpriced vehicle, no problem - hey add my fee to while you are at it!" ?

      nice gig
