No word from Trustee, No PACER Update?

Is this normal?

Chapt. 7 - No Asset.

341 meeting is Monday 11/21.

I have not heard from the Trustee at all, and PACER shows no updates since 10/15. - 3 days after I filed.


Should I have heard from the Trustee by now, and should PACER show a little more information Pre-341?


Also, is there anything I can do to better prepare myself for my 341?

Relax, It just means that there hasn't been anything to update on your case. With the exception of one document filed by my auto loan company for the BK court to notify thier handling company, we had no updates from filing until 3 days after our 341. And then, only the trustee's statement of no asset. I check about once a week to see if there are any updates. Go about 30 minutes early for your 341 and watch others. It's a big help. Good luck.
