Credit agency phone #'s

Does anybody have a number to Experian and information on how the $*!@ does one get to speak to a human being?

Both numbers I have found - one # was from their website (www.experian.com) is all automated. The other number was from a third party website, and its the same thing, just a different number.

Ive tried hitting "0" in repetition, to no avail. It just disconnects. Does anybody have a proven phone # for Experian, and/or a method to get through to an actual HUMAN?

Nevermind... I found the phone number and got through to a human. She reassurred me that an erroneous 'phantom' collections would be taken off my credit report completely, given I prove it was the same one that was discharged in my bankruptcy (it is in fact the same account # and $ amount) so I think Im good.
