I had my 341 on 11/2, and things seemed to go pretty well. I did have some changes in my budget because I have a new job (though it should still be a no asset case). On Pacer, on 11/3 it says "Trustee's No Asset Report" was entered under "Docket Report" link, but under "Status", it is still saying "awaiting 341 meeting".
My attorney sent all of my new information to the trustee and it is showing up on pacer. So does the trustee's no asset report mean that I am just waiting for discharge?
Under the "Deadlines/Hearings" link on pacer, it says that the 341 meeting was "Terminated" on 11/03 and all that is left is the objection to the discharge (1/2/06)
