Todays the day! 341 Meeting!

It's finally here.

I have my 341 today at 11:00 A.M.

The Trustee has not contacted me, and per a letter from my attourney, and a phone call to him as well; All he said I need to bring is my Drivers License and Social Security Card. Nothing more.

Didn't say anything about bringing any other documents (car titles, bank statements, etc.)

Rather than be a nervous reck, making sure I have other paperwork, I think I am just going to heed my Attorneys Advice.

I gather that because the Trustee did not contact me, and because my attorney did not say anything else was needed; that there should be no problems.

I hope.


I'll report my experience here when I return!

derf, same for me. Mines at 1pm. We also were told not to bring any other docs unless we received a letter from the Trustee specifying so. Good luck to you! Hope all goes well, and that we're just nervous of the "unknown".

It's over!!!! Hooo Raaaah!!!

I showed up about a half hour early just to observe. Discussed a few things with my attorney about the 341, and then observed a couple of more cases before my name was called.

The Trustee was very business like, yet polite.'

I was sworn in and asked these questions:

Is your name and address correct?

Have you reviewed your forms and all related documents?

Is everything correct to the best of your knowledge?

Have you listed all your creditors?

Have you listed all your assets?

Do you have any new accounts, or have you closed any accounts recently in the past year?

Do you own any Real Estate?

Do you own any Recreational Items?

She then verrified my 3 vehicles, and that I still had them, and then said she had no further questions and good luck.

I thanked her and said good day, and it was over.

I was scheduled for 11 A.M. Was called at about 11:10 A.M., and was walking back to the truck to leave at 11:20 A.M.

Painless, and not worth getting too worked up over.

Phweeew!


Just have to watch PACER now for the official report.


I did also ask my attorney about getting a new full or part time job now that my 341 is over and he said to go ahead and get the job.

No problems with a new full or part time job now according to him.

All in all, good news thus far!

Keep hanging in there, the worsed is now over......just wait on that discharge.....

And in the mean time, be checking out that credit report to get it all corrected and off too a new life....
