Question about credit report

Does all payment history get erased after you file bk? We have never been late on anything until after we filed. We always managed to get by (payday cash advances and borrowing $ from family). I noticed on our cr that next to "included in bankruptcy" it says "never late". Will it continue to report that way and does that look good for us at all?? Sorry if this is confusing. I just assumed that after someone files bk that the cr "starts from scratch". . .if that's the case how do they determine an actual "score"? Thanks for any info.
