Filed chap.7 9/13/2005. 341 10/24/2005 trustee wants house appraisal. Come back 11/21/2005 with appraisal. Pacer now says no assets/no distribution/trustee requests to relieved of duties etc. Date for objections is still 12/23/2005 will this change because i had to return for a second 341? Also no mention of tax refund and attorney says they never want tax refund except when you file within traditional tax filing months jan thru april.

Doesn't sound like anything that will change your discharge date. If there had been assets, it might have changed your close date but probably still would have not altered the discharge.Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research.
