She feels that if I'm losing the truck (which we're still not totally clear on), she won't get paid back (I owe her 5K which she's pretty much let me slack on), and that if it's going to be broken down, she might as well get something that she can use to help me get another vehicle if it comes to that...
Is this good or bad for me? My attorney's secretary said they will send an appraiser out to look at the truck before they take it away...oh the waiting....it's a killer...what if my mom's the only one who files for something? Could her filing make me lose the truck if no one else (totally cc debt) comes forward?
