I actually want to dismiss and then file a Chapt 7 w/an atty. I filed the emergency petition without an atty and I found out later that I am not eligible for a 13.Comment

don't make your payments to the court however you will owe the attorney that filed the petition for you. Is he/she aware? Once filed the hit is already on your credit report and will remain there for 7 years whether completed, dismissed, or withdrawn.Comment
