I just signed up to pacer and it is like Greek (small exaggeration) I saw this it looks bad but I don't know it may be normal.


this dosent look good, had to fax over pro se affidavt, DH sent non related info as well friends tax id and articles of incorporations and directions to an interview.

Is your DH in business with someone?
Did you file separately or together?
Why would he send non related info and what interview is he talking about?? Is he thinking of 341 meeting that hasn't taken place yet?

What did it say on pacer?

None of the stuff sent besides directions to interview have our names on it, DH is a dimwitt or my favorite word "Complete Idiot" he is the reason I had to file and yes it was joint filing. I am sure those items were added accidently.

I really don't know how to use pacer, i don't think. If I had not have looked I would have missed my 341 its scheduled for the 7th for some reason I thought it was the 8th.

You should receive a notice in the mail about the 341 meeting and what you need to bring to it.....

You need to stay "on top" of this situation, and make sure all papers are filed that need to be filed. Otherwise you case may be dimissed....
