    Which theory is right?

I have read three theories about discharge after 341 Meeting in no objection case. First, discharge is granted in 60 days after 341 meeting. Second, discharge is ordered between 90 to 120 days after 341 meeting. Third, the discharged date is depending the court clerk or judge. Which one is right? Are they all right?

The objections final date should be ~60 days after your 341, and the discharge will come after that. It could come immediately after, or if the court is backed up, a few weeks or even a couple of months later.

I see your date has passed-congrats! If you use Pacer to check your status, I'd suggest checking at the end of each week (so you don't run up too much of a bill). If you don't see anything within 3-4 weeks, call the court clerk and ask.
Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.

Thank you much. I hope to get the discharge letter within next two weeks. I will keep to check up Pacer, and I will call the court clerk if I do not receive the discharge letter in next few weeks.

Depending on the time of year filed they could keep the case open until you file your tax return and take it usually if it's over $1000. then close the case. I think that the creditors can no longer object to the discharge after the 60 days.

Closed & discharge are 2 steps. The discharge should happen on time even if the case is held open for a while.

I had my 341 meeting on September 13th and I got my discharge November 21st (a little late due to the overwhelming number of filers in the last couple months). I am pretty sure that it is 60 days for last objections and then the court grants your discharge. Then it takes up to one year to actually close. Don't worry though because most cases never get re-opened after discharge.

My 60 days was up Nov. 15, but trustee filed for 60 more days to "further investigate" our financial affairs. So now we are waiting for Jan. 15. I'll be glad when this is over and I can get on with my life.
