    Discharged !!!

    Filed on August 26.
    341 on October 3.
    I've been checking pacer everyday this week.
    Woke up this morning and there it was !! Discharged!!!!
    Since I've told absolutely no one, you all have been my rock.
    Thank you.
    I will continue to lurk in here, gleaning more information for my future.

    Congrats! I hope to be joining you in the very near future! I'm not going to let myself check Pacer everyday though. When I log in to check my info, I have the tendency to start 'researching'. Such as, looking up cases that filed a few weeks before mine and seeing where they stand now.

    I'll check once next week, make sure there are no changes after the objection deadline. Thenk I'll check perhaps at the end of every week. I figure it will be a few weeks for the discharge.
    Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.

          Where did you file Ch 7? I live in LA. I had the 341 meeting on Oct 3 like you, but I have not seen any notice on Pacer.
          Aug 30: Filed Chapter 7 in Los Angeles
          Oct 03: 341 Meeting
          Dec 02: Last Day of Objections
          Dec 13: Discharge Order

                  21 more looong daaays, but just in time for New Years I hope! Signed off by the trustee now just need for the US trustee to do the deal.Hope is on the horizon.

                          kam, hehe - i use the no added cost method.

                          myfirstbk, (nice name lol - lets hope it sticks - god that name is too funny! hahaha) , log in, do a 'query' using your social and look at the 'Date Of Last Filing' date in the top header. if it changed then look further, if it didnt change then nothing new has been added so no need to rack up more billage.
