    trustees report

as of 12/3, the trustee noted pacer ....

Meeting of Creditors Held and Trustee's Report of No Distribution: Trustee of this estate reports and certifies that the trustee has performed the duties required of a trustee under 11 U.S.C. 704 and has concluded that there are no assets to administer for the benefit of creditors of this estate. I have received no funds or property of the estate, and paid no monies on account of the estate. Wherefore, the trustee prays that this report be approved and the trustee be discharged from office (Hardesty, Clyde) (Entered: 12/03/2005)

WOOOOHOOOO!!! So, is it 60 days to object from the date he entered this, or 60 days from the date of our 341?

60 days from your 341. The notice that you received (that told you when/where for the 341) should have stated the deadline for objections also.
Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.
