    Question on house payment.

    I have a question on our house payment. We are all caught up but husband's car is suddenly acting haywire. I work from home and my van is already on the blink. To get his car fixed now our house payment for Dec. would not be paid until 12/20 versus paying it now. Will this be a problem? Or should we pay house now and chance it with his car breaking down until 12/20? We are keeping the house. I'm a nervous wreck over worrying about this.

    You should be ok, as you'll be making the payment within 30 days. It might be best to call the mortgage company though and let them know your intentions.
