Congrats! Did you get to discuss w/ him the reaffirmation?
Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.

Congrads, now sit back, prop up the feet, sip a pepsi, and wait on discharge day....

Your over halfway there now, the end is in sight, hopefully with no problems...

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.

He told me they'd be renegotiating with Americredit... He said that Americredit and GMAC are usually the must picky when it comes to redemption.

GMAC was the first and only to send me a re-affirmation agreement and that was for a 60 month car loan w/ 33 months left at 0% interest. Only asked me to sign the 2 originals and send the payments to a different address. Art
