    341 over today-Pacer updated already

Hey had our meeting today had a couple of glitches:wifes ss no. wrong and my status was listed as single. Lawyer is supposed to file amendments within 10 days and the trustee closed the meeting instead of postponing it. Less than 6 hours later pacer is updated that meeting is over and no assets to be distributed. Trustee said it would be a couple of days so I was thrilled to see the post.
Ok I know I have 60 days but what is the timeframe 30 days to file ? and then another 30 to file ?

whoo hoo! great to hear! go sign up for the 60 Day Club. you both will be serving punch (spiked big time) at the BBQ!

basically anything can happen in 60 days really. even and extension of the 50 days. see my tag line at the bottom to tell the real story.

technically complaints on exemptions have to be in in 30 days from now. and trustee, us trustees, and creditors have 60 days to object to discharges, fraud, substantial abuse, etc.
Im not an attorney or a trustee. You cant trust me either though!

Followup w/ your attorney in a week or so to make sure the amendments are done. Seems like the mistakes were simple ones, that he should have caught in the first place.

      Glad it went well!
Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.
