I had my 341 last month and the trustee told me I had to pay $3500 mainly because my exemptions were written incorrectly. He didn't tell me that. He just told me to consult an attorney, as I had filed pro se. Anyway I had gone to my first 341 dat on Oct. 31 but to my chagrin my case had not been filed. They had so many that they missed it. Now since I ammended my schedules no one has told me anything. I called the trustee's secretary yesterday at 4:30 and they had all left for the day. I wish I could leave my job before the stated hours. By the way, are all trustees attorneys? Now being a teacher, I find it almost impossible to miss classes. This will be the third time. The trustee told me at the 341 that there were no problems except for the exemptions and that it might be possible that I wouldn't have to appear on Monday. So he continued my case. This will be the 3rd one. I really don't want to go if I don't have to but there is no way to know. DARN!!!!
