To anyone thinking about filing,
The National Arbitration Forum Claims to be an inexpensive way to settle claims quickly. That is true, they do settle claims quickly and by the time you figure what has happened you have a judgement against you and they will garnish your wages.
The deck is stacked against you as soon as you sign or accept the agreement on the back of a credit card application. You have essentially waived your rights to a jury trial. You can help yourself by never signing anything that has Mandatory Arbitration Clauses contained in an agreement.
I have 2 cases right now and I speak from experience these guys are aggressive, they move fast and they are essentially employed by the creditors and you will lose!
My only option now is to file!
