BK attorney needed in Atlanta

I'm new to the process and want to know if anyone out there can refer me to a good BK attorney in the Atlanta metro-area

the chances of getting that info here isnt all that likley. however, i would highly suggest that you consult with 3 or even more attorneys right away. sit with them and ask them questions, review your case, see what they think will and can happen. bring a sheet of all the questions you have. you can also visit the courthouse and watch them directly. see how they interact with the clients, judges, trustees, etc. honeslty i would make sure i picked one that hsa been doing BK the longest and all that time in teh same city you are filing. they have the most experience with that court and those trustees.

after that process, when you have found one you feel comfortable with then go see 3 more and see if you still like the one you picked. call that one back on the phones and see how they handle more questions.

this process will go a long way to getting you on track. dont forget that the first downpayment goes on record as you thinking about filing a BK.
