    Oversea Travel?

    Can I have oversea travel before I get the discharge letter? I have to attend a conference and the conference invited me; they pay for all expenses including airfare. I had 341 meeting on Oct 3, but I have not received any notice or letter from letter. 70 days after 341 meeting have passed...
    Aug 30: Filed Chapter 7 in Los Angeles
    Oct 03: 341 Meeting
    Dec 02: Last Day of Objections
    Dec 13: Discharge Order

    There's nothing illegal about this. You're not under indictment for anything. Go and enjoy yourself!

      you can travel to anywhere you want as far as the bk court is concerned. however, you have to show up for your 341 meeting or any other court mandated session.

      just check pacer while you are away and you should be fine. enjoy
