    Creditors calling again

This time they're all offering me credit cards -- my BK hasn't even been discharged yet, and already the vultures are trying to suck me in to their high interest rates and "easy terms".

Every day when I go to the mailbox, there's credit card offers to put through the shredder, some from the creditors we included in our bk.

Does anyone else wonder why bankers, lawyers, and undertakers seem to be the only businesses still flourishing in this economy??

It has been happening to me too. I am getting offers from creditors to whom I owed more than $7k. What is their problem?

they want you back. you made them so much money even though you are filing bk against them they just cant stand to loose you

"start building your credit score, but dont use credit." thats my motto. ill take their cards and play their game but wont use their cards and keep balances. everything gets paid off in 60 days max and only used for emergencies instead of income boosters, lol, like before
Im not an attorney or a trustee. You cant trust me either though!

if fine print is that small, then that is something you can fight, their intentions are to deceive, otherwise make the print nice and bold,

To the lenders you are ripe as a virgin who just got a fresh 7 year sentence to the state penetentiary. Be careful, don't drop the soap lest ye shall be raped!

YES, THEY WANT YOU BACK - REAL BAD --- they know you can NEVER claim BK for a long time again so if you don't pay them - they take liens against everything untl you do...........

If you play the game - keep the ball in your ball park - not theirs..........

USE THEM - don't let them use you....

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
