I'm still going to make less than 10k this year, but I'm involved with the new medicare drug plans and December will be a good month. I will make it up to what I need to make every month, minus credit card payments. My 341 is Jan 3rd. I'm a commisioned guy and could make extra money until May, and then I'm really screwed as the window to buy is closed. I may end with a December surplus, is that just going to be taken, if so I might as well not work the rest of the month.

Are you filing 7 or 13? Do you have an attorney, so make sure that you tell him. Kinda had the same thing, advised the attorney and she told us that our income was averaged over the year and it didn't make that much difference.
I'll be watching, you may never know when or how, but I'll be there. I am there now....
