    Quarterly Pacer Bill

remember that your pacer bill will be totaled and sent to you just after the start of the new year.

the way i figure it is that if you pay enough of the bill BEFORE they total it so that you only have less then $10 left then they will again defer your bill since it is less then $10.

so if you want to save some money then pay it all minus $8 and see if they dont bill you for it.

    here is the main site:
PACER provides information about accessing and filing federal court records electronically. Find resources for using PACER.

here is the account info site:

here is the link that talks about only billing you if your account goes above $10:

hey it saves you eight dollars! who else saved you $8 today? it will buy you a very nice dinner at dennys! think of it as my treat...

also, remeber that if you are checking your case for updates you dont need to spend money. just log in and look at the header and see if the "Date of Last Filing" has changed from before. if it has then something was added. if not then nothing has changed. there is no reason to spend money looking at documents again.

who just saved you another 0.16 cents?

hey that could be used to buy your cute date an extra packet of BBQ sauce at mcdonalds for her desert! just tell her its the new thing and she will love it!

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
