Hi Gang,

I had my meeting today and it was shakey. A creditor showed up from a CC company and asked me a slew of questions. I was about to object based on relevancy, but the Trustee stopped him. I was the only one there where a creditor showed (figures). Everyone else was swept in and out of the meeting by swearing to a pre-formatted line of questions (very generic).
This atty shared the elevator with me and asked me if he could ask further questions for clarification, and I agreed. I'm glad I had the opportunity to straighten out his confusion, because had I not...they were going after fraud. He assured me that he didn't see any reason to pursue this matter. So....................COUNT ME IN ON THE 60 DAY BASKET CASE CLUB!!!!!!!!

I wouldn't share a elevator with MY TRUSTEE - but I sure wished he had been standing on the edge of a cliff......

It wasn't the trustee, but rather the CC atty who shared the ride with me. He wanted more information than the trustee was allowing him time for in my hearing. I'm actually glad I had the chance to set him straight on a few issues. Hopefully, it'll keep them from objecting to my discharge.
