Hi everybody. Well my banruptcy checking pacer shows the trustee signed it off saying there is no assets. However it looks like it goes to a judge as still shows pending. OK enough of that here is the problems.
A good friend of mine got a divorce about two years ago. Before the divorce him and his exwife cosigned for a truck. Since there divorce he has been making all the payments. Well i talked to him today. He went to go make a payement and they would not except it. They told him the person who co signed with him is filling for divorce. I guess his credit was not that good at the time. Well i told him he needs to get the truck refinanced in his name like fast. But im not too sure so i told him id help him find out. So question is what does he do. I told him he somehow needs to find out what else he had in both there names as he is going to be in real trouble when people start coming after him. Any how any help any one can give me at this time is better than nothing Only other thing i can think of is if he files bk too. However its past october now. so not too sure how it would go with him.
